And the product not suitable to my requirements so as per 30days money back guarantee policy i had filled return & replacement form with in 7days after receiving product. The company not respond properly

On 09/03/16 i had raise a complaint against eureka forbes in forum, next day 10/03/16 eureka team respond for my complaint and they send gati courier service to collect the product on 21/03/16. The gati courier doc no.[protected] date 21/03/16. And courier service delivered the product to eureka fobers on 01.04.16
Till date i have not received any money back and i call to customer care about this issue they also say we have no information
Plz look in and salvo the issue
