Eureka Forbes has not been sending their Service Engineer to service our Enhance RO water purifier. Service request was first placed on 12th Sep and on the same day a representative came, looked into and said he will come back to change the filters the next day. We waited for him to come until the next day evening and since there was no clue about him, tried calling on his number couple of times but he didn't pick up the call. So, on 14th Sep an escalation was made through IVR but still didn't hear back. Again on the same day evening, spoke to the customer care representative over customer care number and registered the complaint and requested if they can send the service engineer on an immediate basis. Though the promise was made, no one attended to our request even till 15th Sep evening. Again, an escalation was made and asked to attend to our request urgently. But still, we haven't been attended to, for changing the filters.
Our request is not being attended to despite being an AMC customer and having paid about Rs. 10, 000.
Since filters are not being replaced, we are getting hard and tasteless water to drink for more than a week now and more over lot of water is getting wasted due to filters not being functional.
It has been a frustrating experience with Eureka Forbes not being efficient in their service. We have been using Eureka Forbes water purifier for more than 15 years but unhappy about their service. Even in the previous AMC, we were promised that they will come and service voluntarily every 3 months and we were also promised of some goodies. We neither got the goodies despite the follow ups with the one who got us the AMC nor the regular service.
Looks like Eureka Forbes have given up due to lot of competition in the market thinking they won't be able to survive and hence have forgotten their customers as well. Was this information helpful? |
