[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — not working dr. aquaguard magna | |||
I have purchased dr. Aquaguard magna water purifier in the month of august'2018... Machine is not working since more than 1 month... I have been following up with the local technician since that time... But i have not got proper response from him... Then i complained to the customer care over the phone on 24th nov'2018 with service request number [protected]... They assured that they will send a technician within 48 hrs... But no one has come... After that again i contacted customer care.. They told same thing again... Since that time i'm calling everyday to the customer care... But i'm getting same answer since last 1 month... I'm fed up with these customer care people... Now i'm thinking that i want to return this useless product... Kindly help in this regard to return this product... I cant bear any more please... Other wise finally i have to go to consumer court only... I don't have any other option please.. Was this information helpful? | |||
