We were having AMC for our OLD Machine - Compact since 2007. Last AMC we renewed in May 2012 for two years.
On 22nd July, 2013 we purchased a NEW Machine Enhanced UV with Order No.[protected].
Your Sales person, Mr Vinod Pandey, Cell No. [protected] had delivered this New machine at our door & he collected from us our OLD AMC Original Receipt, promising that we will receive a cheque from Eureka Forbes within one week. Now, ONE YEAR is over & after continuous follow-up with Mr Pandey & Mr Sachin Danawade, it is disgusting that we have not received the cheque till date.now Mr.Sachin is disconnecing our call immidiately. We are your customers for the past 15 years & we have never faced any problem earlier.
Last month we also received a call from Mr Vinod Pandey saying that the payment is in process & will be delivered at your residence but yet the cheque is NOT in our hands.
