This is to inform that my service request is pending for more than 20 days.
I registered my complaint on 21/08/2017, i called the call center, engineer and even area manager etc.

This is to inform that my dr. Aquaguard compact filter is not working from around one month and for the same first i had complaint at the local service center and got the above complaint no. From then a service man had visited me but unable to repair my said filter due to non-availability of some part. Till that time there is no call from the eureka forbes and when i called no one is responding to my request.
I have paid around 10000 for my aquaguard. We are middle class working people. And we have spent our hard earned money on it. The product is still under warranty is has not been even a 1 year since i have purchased the said product.
As the service is very unsatisfactory. If it is not gonna be repaired or replaced i need to file complaint under appropriate consumer forum.
This is the worst experience i have faced with eureka forbes, not expected from such big brands.
I'm consumer who is aggrieved by the service of eureka forbes.
