[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Pathetic service to a loyal customer planning to escalate the matter to consumer court | |||||
Hi eureka, I had bought a eureka aquaguard crystal plus few months ago. I was impressed by eureka product and service, so bought the product. But unfortunately, i am repenting the decision of buying it because of the pathetic service by eureka forbes. After running pillar to post for servicing the product (Since last one month) by eureka who are not interested in giving service to the customers who have trusted them by buying their product. I am planning to escalate the matter to consumer court & any other viable option for me to get my product serviced as i have paid for the product.in consumer court, i will also ask for additional compensation of inr 500, 000/- for all the inconvenience (Pain) caused to me by eureka forbes. I have run out with patience with eureka and i will write about it on every social media platform i can so that other consumers don't buy eureka products. Following is the details of my service requests which was ignored by eureka: 1. Oct 5, 2016 - raised a service request with an sms to eureka customer care number as provided in the website. I got a call from eureka telling that service would be done withing 2 days. However no one has come to my place till date. Complaint number registered with eureka is [protected]. Mobile number is[protected]. 2. Oct 16, 2016 - raise second service request with an sms. Again raised another request since no one arrived for service. Was told that the person would arrive in 2 days, but again no one arrived. 3. Oct 24, 2016 - raised third service request with an sms. This time no on even called from eureka to hear to my complaint. 4. Oct 28, 2016- raised fourth service request through a call at eureka call centre. I was given a priority servicing number of [protected]. But as usual nothing changed and no one arrived for servicing. I was given contact number of mr. Joseph - [protected] whom i had to call for servicing. But since then his number is coming switched off. 5. Oct 31, 2016 - raised fifth service request through a call at eureka call centre. I was told eureka servicing people would come within 1 day. But again no one turned up. 6. Nov 1, 2016 - raised sixth service request by an sms. No one replied to the request. I have run out of patience and am planning to lodge a complaint with the consumer court against eureka for cheating and duping customers. Rgds, Nirav shah Was this information helpful? | |||||
