Not even once the service guy has come and done any service for Last full year. So please refund me back the complete amount of AMC paid as I wont be interested anymore to take any service. Also I will be sending in an email to Department of Health to get your product banned as you guys are only interested in selling your products and no service being given. I have been calling from last 2 days now and till now no one has even bothered to call back and ask me what exactly is the issue. Is this the way AMC customers are being handled :(. Pathetic Service never will recommend anyone on same.
Now my kids have gone ill because of Candles and filters not been cleaned and changed from Last one Full year. If i dont get a reply on same I will be taken a legal course of action then.
