Dear sir,

I purchse euro clean from your organisation payment made through credit card, since credit card after swipe credit card machine not provide the slip, your represent told payment is not deone, than i make payment through debit card. Payment made three time, credit card two time and debit card one time.
Transaction done on 26/04/2016 amount rs.13990/ and 13990/-. But till date managalore branch not refund my money.

Please help whether and to whom we contract.
