Eureka Forbes — PCB issue not addressed | |||
I bought a new Aquaguard on 3rd of May 2014. The representative who came to my house to mount it on the wall, told me that there is an issue with the PCB. And said he would return back with a new one. He returned back after a week and tried replacing it but the PCB he had brought was a wrong one. Since then I have been raising service requests on the eureka forbes poratal, i have been calling the customer care. the only result that i am getting is pure fraustation not water. It's really a sad thing. The way they advertise and they way they treat their customers are completely different. I wish not to go for any product fro eureka forbes in future.
