Eureka Forbes — Pending uv light part replacement more than 2 years still not address | |||
Team, Can you escalate to higher management of eureka forbes, we been told with in week uv light part will be replace, it was really socking to know that complete amc period it was not working each time service engineer from eureka forbes, say's light indication is remove and not required, but they say uv light is working by seeing the uv bulb, does not confirm that light is working on filter... I want the standby filter with same feature, if eureka forbes team not able to get the uv light part in time. or return my AMC money, when you not able to give the server there is no mean of having AMC charge.. There is no mean that complete 2 year they waiting for parts, then for what they taking amc when part not available with them. Want Higher management innervation Was this information helpful? | |||
