[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Poor Response from Eureka (Customer ID-[protected]) | |||
Dear sir, I got delivery of Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV on 6 May but I didn't get free offer material (On the Go Personal water Purifier worth Rs. 595 & Exclusive mocktail recipes book while I made 100% payment online.I contact your customer care many times, I complaint many times since 6 may, but I dont get any response from Eureka. Then I contact Mr Vinit Jain ([protected]), he pick up my call only one time, After that he didn't pick my call. I called him several times but he not receive my call. Its a matter of Eurka brand value in the market, but your team is taking it down. I will not purchase any product of Eureka now & not suggest my friends also. I will wait for 15 days more.
