[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Poor response when you request for refund | |||||
I have purchased Aquaguard classic purifier on the date of 11th September 2016 but due to higher value of water TDS, we are unable to use this purifier. So i requested to return the product. My return request id is : #002558 Invoice No : [protected] Order No :[protected] I generated request on 29th September 2016 for refund but still no action has been taken from the team. Only answer which i'm getting from their customer care executive is they are doing on it and they will clear it soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
