[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — poor service about aquaguard | |||
Hi, On last Tuesday 28th may 2019, auquagaurd service person visited at our place to saw the aqua guard issue. Same day he told me one cap inside the filter got cracked. So we need to replace it for this process require 5days. First things I am confused just to change the cap require 5days where we require filter daily for drinking water. But still we said ok but asked them to try this issue as early as possible. From Friday 3rd jun2019, we called the, so many times even at service centre also. But they just update the request nothing else. Now more than 1 week passed but no any solution. This is the 2nd time I am facing the same service issue with aquguard.
