I had placed a service request for replacement of machine end connector of hose for Futuro Euroclean Vacuum Cleaner. The complant number is [protected] dated 26 June 2022. It is almost a month and noone has bothered to even contact me for the same .
Firstly the quality of connector is so bad that it is bound to break Then the spare is not available and noone bothets to attend to complant.
