[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Poor service by aquaguard servicing executive | |||
I have asked for a servicing as to change my filter in my aquasure flow on 27th June'16. The Executive Mr. Gajanan( [protected]) had changed the filter but did not the water pipes properly. Hence a lot of water leaked. He came again to fix it when i called but the aquaguard could not get switch on after servicing. He opened the circuit and heated it on gas flame and later said that your circuit is dameged, once the product will come in the office i will change the same. But he never arrived till date. When I am calling him again & again he saying there will be charges applicable to you for the circuit. Now this is height my filter was working very fine before he changed the candle and asking me only to pay for the damage he did. When I am calling at you toll free number executives are only putting me on hold. I am not going to tolerate this and will file a complain in consumer court for this.
