[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Poor service by eureka forbes

Dear all. My name is puneet rai from jalandhar actually i visited eureka Forbes jalandhar service center for replace the body of my vacuume cleaner (bullet modal) and employee ensure me that service done with in 15 days but im totally disappointed with company work level after 3 months of waiting contect person mr.satpal said company unable to provided body part after that i talk to area zone manger but still 3 month i m still waiting for positive revert i have also appliances of other company's they give best service but im totally disappointed with eureka forbes. i register my complaint on[protected] complaint no. [protected]. I have manual purifier (photo enclosed). Your executive visit our home and said the parts of this purifier are not available.He click the picture of our purifier and said he will order the parts in the company and provide us when it will be available.Now all most 15 days gone no response from your side and your executive said the parts are not available.

Last time around six months back when i register same complaint that time also i not get the parts, then i purchased the parts from the grey market with difficulty.

Now i want to Know from the Eureka Forbes if your company don't have parts of manual purifier how a small person like me imagine to buy a expensive product of your company may be you don't have the products of expensive product too.

The response from Eureka Forbes is Disgusting. I never buy products of your company in future. I also told others not to buy.
