Eureka Forbes — poor service...poor response

Im having Ro water purifier..its not working since last night. I called Mr.Nanaseker(service) whom he put new purifier (3months ago).He assures me that it has 1 yr warrenty..but its not working nw .I called so many times .He is not responding me..this is the way you are responding your customer Regards Karpagaraja [protected]
