Eureka Forbes — Poor service response from eureka forbes

I purchased an Aquaguard Classic UV through their salesman, Shiva ([protected]). After the system was installed, I felt a bad taste in the water. I waited for a few days to see if it subsides. But it only increased. When I called the salesman, he said that he will send someone from the service. After that there was no information. When I tried calling up the service team, they informed me that my number is not registered. I have also not received the invoice that they said would be mailed to me. Now the salesman is also not answering any calls. Is there some fraud going on?
