I have purchased water purifier (serial no : [protected]) on 25/02/13. After one year I entered into the Annual Maintenance Contract on 06/05/14 for one year.
In last 6 months, the technician has replaced the membrane 2 times and they must have come for cleaning for about 4-5 times. Secondly, after lodging the complain no one attends the complain in time.
Day before y'day we have again lodge the complain (No.[protected], up till now no one has come to solve the same.
I request you to replace my machine.
Please don't compel me to go to the consumer court.
