[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Prime uv not working | |||
I had purchased prime uv a eureka Forbes product one year back . The machine stopped working with one month of warranty still remaining. The engineer visited my house and told me the filter had to be changed and mother board also . He insisted me in buying three years of Amc . I did not on that he did come to visit me to replace the candles nor mother board saying me that candles are not available with the company. My products warranty has now expired and still I am unable to prepare it . The service technician are just interested in selling 3 yrs of service .
