[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Problem in ro water machine | |||
My ro water machine is under AMC dated 26.01.2015 to 26.01.2016 we found problem on 28.11.2015 that tast of the water is not well we inform to the local concern person for servicing, They come and tell us that one parts has to be change which is not covered in AMC if you want we will do the change as well as we will do the AMC also in one month before . I say ok do the needful .After service they take full amount of AMC from my faimily but still the machine is not even now it is more problem from earlier we call them on regular basis but the not coming .we file a complaint also in their customer care number and the complaint number given by them is 84611155 dated 01.12.2015.
