[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — product name dr.aquaguard classic +. | |||
Its very sad to see that eurkea forbes provides such a pathetic service. I bought dr. Aquguard classic + in month of august and within 3 months it is showing problems. Aftet logging a complaint the service engineer said that there is a chip which have a capacity of 3000lts of water it is over. And needs to be replaced. My question is. 1) why didnt the sales person mr. Jayesh yadav informd me about this. He didnt even bother to answer the callsand very arrognatly speaking person. 2) We are only 4 members in family we get juat 1 hour water daily how come within 3 months we drunk 3000 lts of water.. Is there any logic.. No support from any one. Very disappointed with th 3rd grade serives and fake sales people. Because of this we are driking without filter water my mother is getting sick.
