Eureka Forbes — Product not delivered and money not refunded | |||
I submitted an order for a vacuum cleaner on eureka forbes website and made an online payment. the product was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 working days but it has been over 5 weeks and there is no trace of the product. customer care is not helpful and the representatives absolutely refuse to transfer the call to their managers. i have talked to representatives in hyderabad, bangalore, and mumbai call centers and none of them had any information about my order. also sent an email to their customer care email id but no response again. i would never recommend anyone to buy any product from this company. they have no respect for customer. absolutely unprofessional and unethical people and company. As expected no update after providing the details. Looks like someone from eureka forbes does a copy- paste of a standard message and then they forget about it.
