I paid for a mop n vac on 14 Aug 2020 for rs. 20990. Attached is the payment receipt. This was a prepayment for delivery on 22 august, 2020. The product is not delivered yet. When I called the nos given, I only get a call back from the call center assuring me of the product. But no news from their local offices. Days are going by. I need to know whether I have been duped off my money or there is a delay in the delivery.

Updated by Uma Udaykumar I paid for a product Mop N Vac on the 14 August, 2020 from Eureka Forbes. This was prepaid for delivery on 22 August, 2020. It is yet to be delivered. When I called, they give me a complaint no, a call back is arranged from someone from the call center who assures the product will be delivered. But the local sales representative is absolutely silent and is not delivering the product. I don't know if I have been duped or the product is merely delayed because of the pandemic.
