I placed the order for euroclean wd x2 model Vacuum cleaner on 13th sept with Eureka rep who had come for a demo and he asked to me to add a employee referral code. I received an email immediately of order num and customer ID and delivery was supposed to be made in 4days. First I called the Eureka custcare who couldnt find the cust/order num and then i reached the agent who had helped me with the demo and purchase, who spoke to his manager and an email chain was initiated but nobody on that email did anything . that took almost 2 weeks time. In the 3rd week, the agent said he had opened a cancellation request for me and I was going to get my refund in 4 days. Lastly, Exactly after 30 days from the order, I still have not got my refund.Please guide me with further steps.
