This is regarding one water purifier purchase I made on 9th Nov 2021 from Eureka Forbes. (Sales order number: [protected], Customer code: [protected]) The sales executive promised next day delivery and installation so I made the payment. After the payment no reply from him. Whenever I call the customer care they tell me they will escalate it, but no resolution yet. (SR no.[protected]). Till the product is not installed. So request you to cancel my order and refund the money. I don't want to continue with this kind of fraudsters. Was this information helpful? | |
