I've a very dis-appointing experience to share from the purchase of the product from Eureka forbes. Below are product details

Complaint
I'm facing problems from both aspects i.e. regarding service and product quality.
1. The product was installed after few days of purchase.
2. At the time of installation - technician insisted me to give good feedback which I did. Installation was successful and product worked well for few days.
3. Technician advised us to switch off the purifier whenever it is filled completely. We have been following this diligently and water filter is switched on only once or maximum twice in a day. By that calculation we have filtered at the most around 1000 litres of water. This is much less than 6000 litre filtering capacity notified by technician.
4. In December-2021 - product started filtering water very slowly so technical advised to install another filter for mud which costed me around Rs. 1100.
5. In January-2022 - white light started blinking same technician visited and said filter life has ended and reason given was low water pressure which was never told before.
6. During his last visit technician was defensive as well as arrogant when few cross-questions were asked. This is very disgraceful at least to say.
7. When I refused to close the request, the on call person insisted me to close the request as no different outcome will come. Indeed he closed my escalation without any resolution.
Technician is now claiming that he was warning about low water pressure from Day-1. In that case I've few questions...
1. Why the product was installed if technician knew water pressure is not adequate? I could have returned product in allowed time and saved harassment.
2. If water pressure was not adequate why additional filter was installed in December visit? It costed me extra Rs. 1100.
3. If you know filter will get damaged in another 3 months, would you continue using such product which will have around Rs. 2700 recurring cost each 3 months?
4. How-come company is not aware that planned technician visit did not happen on 23rd Jan?
5. What company did to understand that there is a progress made on escalation from 18th of Jan apart from scripted calls asking same questions?
I would request to give me replacement product or pay my purchase amount+mud filter. I would be also grateful to you if you can ask your technician to communicate with some decency.

The case is open with Euraka Forbes from January-15 and now they have not even responding to complaint. Product has been not working and they keep insisting that I've to keep paying for new filters every 3 months.
