Dear sir,
Our RO is not purifying water so we have raised service request no.CM[protected] on 09/07/2022, after lot of wait finally your technician came to our home for service on 14/07/2022 then they started telling our product is out of warranty.And they tell your filter consumables kit is not working so they can replace on chargeable basis it will cost around rs.5175/- since it is out of warranty.But i have purchased this product on 6/8/2021 and its warantee is valid till 5/8/2022 then how could they tell wrongly that my product is not under warranty.They left without completing the work. If it is under waranty how they can charge.You have to look into this issue and resolve the same at earliest.Since 10days we are facing this issue.
