[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Promised Service Not delivered and harassment of the customer | |||
Dear Sir, I registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes on September 16, 2015. Complaint number is 83475288. They promised to look into it and take action within 48hrs. Its been more than 6 working days since I registered a complaint and they havent yet responded. I have made calls to their contact centre on Spetemeber 19, 21 (twice) and again today 22 (twice). They say we have forwarded it but work hasnt been done. This is not the first time they have done it. In July, I faced the same problem and that time also they took more than a week to attend it. This issue has resulted us in buying water where as we are paying for their services. Its water problem and they arent even bothered at all about it. Its like paying "hafta". They are just taking our money with no service at all. I would request you to pls look into it and take action against them Thanks, Was this information helpful? | |||
