[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Purchase bill and lifetime warranty not delivered | |||||
My purchase order[protected] dtd. 10 2 2016 euro clean w/d machine . Purchase made at my door step and instant payment of rs.13990 made to sales person abishek as attached to bangalore south sales division. Firstly it took nearly 10 days to supply the equipment. After supplying the equipment i have not been give purchase bill, receipt and life time warantee card. Bangalore sales office and customer care service turned deaf ear to my repeated request. I am not able to account my expenditure during fy ended 31 3 2016 without supporting documents Was this information helpful? | |||||
