I have bought Amaze model water purifier from Amazon in February
since I have purchased there has been constant problems coming in purifier.My purifier is not working over a month now.and we are so much harrased and depressed due to this.
I have made several complaints on eureka forbes mobile application.somehow they close it everytime without solving my problem or without even contacted.
one of their employee engineer Hemdutt mobile number [protected] ensured me several times to replace the product.its been over a month now
now I have called him over 100 times he is not taking my calls.
it's very annoying, disrespectful behaviour and very unprofessional.i have been tortured mentally and harrased so badly.
Elders and kids in the house are getting effected but this company is paying no heed to my problem.
please solve my problem as soon as possible.and help me replace the product .and for compensation for harrasment
