This is mail I am writing after getting frustrated with the services of Eureka Forbes. The detailed of complaint as Below.
I had purchased the product 2 Year back Last year I have renewed my AMC services but so Far the Vendor of Eureka Forbes has cheated me by giving only 1 services in the complete year. and when i tried to contact the with vendor the vendor owner is also misbehaved with me. For this i had registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes on May Month and this complete team is making me fool by simply copy pasting the same reply with different complaint number. After completion of 2 month still no one from Eureka is supporting me the same. I had asked them 2 times for providing me the substitute vendor for renewing the AMC but there was not update from them. In last today my R.O stop working and when i raised the complaint there is no proper response from them. Kindly accept my complaint against Eureka Forbes all the proof of misbehaving and providing only services is available with me.

I have not received a single call on this from Eureka. The complaint is still open And there is no response my water purifier is still under breakdown.
