We have shifted from our kolkata address - nilima apartment, 211 garfa main road, kolkata - 700075, wb to sai sangam apartment, flat no -102, plot no 30-i, sector 8b, cbd belapur, navi mumbai. I had given request to re - install the ro at navi mumbai address as soon as possible. I am continuously chasing customer care services to complete the job. The technician have visited our flat at navi mumbai without bringing any tools to attend the job. I am continuously phoning to customer care phone no[protected] to resolve the issue. But nobody is listening properly and resolve the issue. Date of request for re-install[protected]. The should re - install it without any charges as it is already delayed.
