[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — re-installation of aquaguard ro uv | |||
Hi team, I brought eureka forbes aquaguard ro+uv almost 3 years back and my customer id is - [protected]. Every year i renew the amc on regular basic. Recently i shifted my house from one location (Kondapur area) to another (Lingampalli area) wthin hyderabad. On 03-august-17, i called customer care requesting to re-install the water purifier (Service request no - [protected]) and servicing as half yearly servicing is due. I have been told that the request will be closed within 48hrs but now its been more than 6 days but i did not get any call or sms from any service agent. I called customer care several times to follow-up on this and every time i got the same response that it will be done by today eod but that eod never came. Please do let me know if eureka forbes is not capable of handling customer services, i'll sell this product on olx and go with some other brand which has better customer service. In last 2 months this is the second time i am raising customer complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
