I renewed my service in dec 2018 with a validity of 02 years. There was a service due in the month of april. Service delivery person is calling from last three weekend and promising that he will come and leaving my weekend work i will wait for the service person and finally he never receive calls after promising that he is coming for the service.

Poor service from eureka after the payment. If the cant delivery the service as agreed then shouldn't take our money.

Updated by Jevita Again this quarter service was delayed and from last two weeks this service boy told he will come this Saturday phone no[protected] and when i called him today he says he cant come.. i have paid for two years service and this is how your service boy talks.. if you cant service why do you take money from customers??
