On 11th May`22 Mr. Moolachand Chorotiya came well in time, during the demo it was seen that the robot could not cross a small floor panel & go to the next room, videos were taken by Mr.Chorotiya on the inability of the robot to cross the small panel & he sent it to Mr. Manoj Pant-Sr.Zonal head.
I told them that if it cannot go from one room to the other then the whole idea of having a robot is beaten.
In the meantime Mr.Rushikesh also came & the trio had a long discussion, after which I told them that I would like to speak to Mr.Manoj Pant.
Mr.Manoj Pant told me that I would get a refund due to product failure(email attached) & the courier would come & pick up this machine.This was on the 11th May.No courier person came & I contacted Mr.Pant, he told me that it takes 15 days for the courier to come, I told him that for the delivery the courier came in 4 days so why 15 days now, but today on 30th May still no courier person has come to pick up the machine
After that I have sent a number of whatsapp messages, emails & even tried to call Mr. Manoj Pant but he does not respond.
This has really upset me.I am a respectable practicing medical Doctor & Mr.Pant being a responsible & senior employee of the company should be knowing how to treat the customers, why am I being ignored by employees of a company who want to sell their product to me, the mistake is from the company`s side, my wife & me spent 3 days for the demo, it is very upsetting to be treated in this fashion, I have been using Eureka forbes products in all my diagnostic centres since so many years then why create this displeasure.
After not getting any response from Mr, Pant I escalated the matter to the CEO desk, it has been nearly 10 days now since I have been sending emails to the CEO desk but I only get a reply from them that they are looking into the matter & have escalated it to their seniors, what is shocking that forget the sales team not contacting me, they have not bothered to respond to the emails sent by CEO Escalation desk.
I am very upset&disapponted that a reputed company like Eureka Forbes treats their customers in a very bad way
