Eureka Forbes Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD RO+ water purifer purchased on 21st Dec 2015 from CCS - Naveen (mob no.[protected]). Installation not done within expected time. Owing to lack of pathetic service, requested to cancel the order and refund of full amount paid before the product was delivered and installed. Till date have logged several complaints, with continuous follow ups, escalations at all levels have been futile. No refund happened till date. Order cum receipt no.[protected], invoice no. 080504, complaints logged till date 94134793, 94206986, 94216358, 94236183, 94236862, 94236942 against customer code. [protected]. Dear Team,
This is height of laxity in refunding my hard earned money for your bad service. It seems am held at ransom. Till date nothing is being progressed and am planning to go further step in filing a proper case with all the facts and figures recorded till date. Can this case be considered as criminal offence?
