I've purchased a Dr. Aquaguard Rich water filter on 07-June-2021 Your Web Order Id is [protected]. Your Ship To Party and Sold To Party Customer ID is [protected] . The Product installation was scheduled and the engineer who was sent by the company was intoxicated and not knowledgeable. He damaged the product. There is water leaking from all the possible places. On my request another engineer was sent to fix the leakages. The product was fixed temporarily fixed. He advised to additionally purchase a water booster attachment to increase the pressure. After three days the product started leaking again. Then I called up the company to take back the damaged product and refund the amount. The Refund request [protected] was created on 02-July-2021. Now I'm getting multiple calls from the company to install the product, but when I tell them about the refund request, the associate informs that he/she will inform the right team.
