[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Regarding AMC. | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased an enhance RO Aquaguard in the year of 2011. After one year of warranty period I did AMC for a period of Two years i, e from dated-09.12.12 to 08.12.14 with worth Rs.7800/-. At the time of AMC it was clearly told that the AMC will cover two time change of water filter candle both inside and out side. But during the entire AMC Period they have changed only once. The very next day of the expiry of AMC period i, e on dated-09.12.2014 my machine was out of order and after repeated intimate to the service centre they are asking for more amount approximately Rs.2500/- to repair the same. Being a old customer of Eureka Forbes, I have never faced such type of services from you. Your service centre was really disappointed me during the entire AMC period. Hence, I am sincerely request you to please do the needful at your end as soon as possible so that my family will get safe drinking water. Anticipating your quick response in this regard.
