Dear Sir,
I purchased your product on 11/07/15 from Maharashtra electronics corporation viman nagar pune 411014. i have facing lot of issue from your product 8-10 times from starting to till date.i put the complaint on last 20.04.15 but still pending.your service is very bad. when i put the complaint take time 3 to 4 days for resolved.
Very bad experience with this product.

We ordered euroclean x force vacuume cleaner online from eureka website. On the next day of order, we cancelled that product as we decided to go for other product.. Eurekaforbes guys called and said that they will refund the money shortly. But till today we didn't get money back. Even we didn't get any confirmation of cancellation of the product
