[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Regarding the sapre unavailability/ purifier is not operational | |||||
This is regarding the Complaint against the Spare unavailability. My Water Purifier is under Service Contract, it is not working since yesterday. I have lodged the Complaint to Eureka Forbes Customer Care and lodged the Complaint, having the request no [protected] on 2nd Nov 8.48 PM, got the technician no but the allocated no was switched off. Again when I talked to Customer care then they have assured the Machine will be attended today. Machine was attended and the Technician told me that Power Adapter is burnt and spare is not available in stock so it will be made operational after Chhath Pooja i.e. after 7th Nov. Since company is dealing with such a critical Emergency Utility service so why spares are not available at Patna. Technician has also told me that the same problem he has attended at three other places and he has given the same commitment to all customers. Is it the Service contract with Eureka Forbes for which I have paid more than 50% of the Machine cost for the AMC? I want the resolution by today, if it is required then instruct service team to take out the Adopter from New Machine and make it operational by today. A person can't survive without Water.
