I am Sanjay Kumar Sharma from Patna(BIHAR).My mobile no.-[protected]. I am consistent user
of so called world class water purifier(R O).My RO is out of order from 12/2/14
.I had made a complaint on 13/2/14 .My
complaint no is [protected].I contacted on a mobile no-[protected] to mr.
verma.He told “ I see only warehouse, contact to Mr. manoj on mobile no-[protected]”.Then
I called mr.manoj at 10 am.He
only replied, ”I see what can I do”.I again called mr manoj at 6pm.This time he
replied “we cannot take action on your complaint today.he talked to me roughly .he told me, I am also from patna, I see
you.
I want to question you that your
company gives costomer satisfaction or gives tension to the consumer.
Till today my RO is not
corrected. Why should a consumer would
