I had raised a complaint after my aquaguard filter started leaking water on 01st August 2022. Since, then, The technician comes, tells me this part is not working/damaged(First:-Pipe in back, Second:- Pump, Third:- PCB). They are going to request the part and then they will replace. Each Part took respective time(Pipe:- 10 days, Pump:- 15 days, PCB:- 20 Days). All this while, I made sure that my machine don't stop working despite leaking so much water so I have ability to have drinking water for my family. The PCB in particularly took large time, for which I have to connect with Call Center, Regional Head and Service Center representative everyday. Now, I get to know that the PCB that came was not correct and this service center got to know after they took my so far working machine to their office. Now, I don't have machine for which I have an AMC of 3 years. They can not resolve a simple leakage since a month and half. I have connected and escalated my complaint on all Channels(Whatsapp, Call Center, Email, even Calling Service Center also). I see a clear lack of expertise and commitment from the Servicing team as a whole.
I would sincerely request to please refund the AMC and the machine back in working state. Was this information helpful? |
