To Coordinator Jago Grahak Jago Subject: Complain about Eureka Forbes Make Water Storage Purifier (Aqua Sure) Dear Sir, I have purchased 1no. Water storage purifier from Canteen Stores Department- Armed Forces And installed on 27/10/2009 at my residence NP-2/47, Ballygunge Maidan Camp, Kolkata on 01 Jan 2015. I am facing the problem from day one as water is not filtering properly and when i saw the filter, it is broken in parts. I have contacted too many times but but till i have got no response from his side. The complaint docket Number are given below:- 80550430 dated 05 Mar 15, 80579354 dated 07 Mar 2015, 91408431 dt 08 Mar 2015, 9145820 dt 09 Mar 15, 80626305 dt 11 Mar 15, 80636751 dt 12 Mar 15 So I kindly request you to please look into my problem and take proper action against them.
