Dear All,
I have raised an complaint for an fault in my RO system. More than one month has been passed, but there was no response from Eurekha. Whenever we call customer care, the standard response is that our technician will reach by today. My RO System is in AMC period, I am not sure whether Eurekha is avoiding taking request in AMC. Request your timely action on this.
