I am also continue touch with Customer care on [protected] but every time they gives a docket number/reminder Number and says your old complaint dated 25/4, 28/04, 30/04, 01/05, 04/05 complaint closed. but not even a singal days technician visited or no any call by technician.
but till now my problem not resolve.
