Our Purifier is not working from Jan 1st week. We have raised complaint on 05-Jan-2023 (service request number is CM[protected]. But still the problem was not rectified. I have escalate the complaint in the Eureka Forbes mobile app but nothing response from their side.
It crossed more than one month from the date of complaint registered.
We purchased AMC for 2 years but their service was very poor.
