When i got this product from the company, at the training demo itself i informed the technician that the product was not as they claimed and i want to return it and put it back in the box. They have a 30 day money back return policy. For the last 10days i have written to customer care, escalation desk at the CEO office but all i get is an assurance that the concerned team will get in touch. Nothing happens. The concerned team is the sales team and they infact told the customer care the issue was resolved when the truth is they have not made a phone call till date. This is nothing but harassment and lies.Highly unprofessional.
