Dear Concern, this is regarding routine service of RO Reviva... i renewed my contract for one year on 29/011/2013 to 28/11/2014... on the very first day the service engineer replaced complete sets of filters and promised me that he or the company representative will visit in auto mode as an when the service is due or as per your request... till date ie on 30th Aug 2014 nobody approached me nor visited my place... i called several time to Mr Sunil (Service Engineer) - +91 [protected] but all vain... the commitment level is zero.
