I went to official website of eureka forbes and put enquiry of softner and after which sales person Siddaraju([protected]) visited my place and got a 2000 litre softner installed but he has cheated me frauded 4000 rupees i have all whatsapp messages with me and i am sending complaint to eureka forbes but they are not doing any thing.
